How long does shipping take?
Orders are packed within 2–3 business days. Delivery is typically 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at the moment. We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we're working on.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay at checkout.
How many cards does a wallet hold?
Comfortably 6–8 cards plus folded notes. The tin wallets have a little more internal depth than the chrome ones.
What's the difference between the tin and chrome wallets?
Tin wallets have printed artwork covers and a slightly deeper body. Chrome wallets are metal with raised engraved detailing and a heavier feel.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll amend or cancel it. After that it may already be packed, though we'll always try.
What is your returns policy?
Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we'll send return instructions.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not currently. Wallets ship in a plain protective box with no pricing on the packaging, so they're fine to give as-is.
My tracking hasn't updated — what now?
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to activate. If there's no movement after two days, email us with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
